Our padded laptop box can accommodate:
Laptops: Most laptops up to 16 inches.
Charger/Accessories: A charger or other accessories of similar size can fit in the accessories tray.
Supported Device Dimensions:
Minimum Size: 11” x 7” x 0.5”
Maximum Size: 15.125” x 10.25” x 1”
Accessories Tray Dimensions:
Size: 15.75” x 3.5” x 1.5”
Note: The accessories tray is not padded.

Yes! Our flat-rate prices include shipping both ways. This covers the cost of sending the empty box to your employee and the return shipping back to your company address.

We currently ship within the lower 48 US states, excluding PO boxes. Support for the UK and the EU is on our roadmap and will be available in the future.

Our device return service is designed to ensure your employee can quickly and safely return their laptop or monitor. We provide comprehensive packing and shipping instructions to simplify the return process, resulting in an exceptionally high success rate.
Our Service Includes:
Shipping Materials: A padded device return box with a prepaid return shipping label, packing/shipping instructions, and tape sent to your employee.
Tracking Updates: Regular tracking updates sent to your company's email address.
Please note that since we provide our full service upon order fulfillment, we cannot issue refunds if your employee does not return their device.

Currently, we do not offer pick-up services.
To reduce the risk of porch theft, which is common in many locations, our laptop return service does not include home pick-up. However, we are working on adding this feature to our platform in the near future.

We communicate with you via email throughout the process to ensure you have the tracking number for the box and can monitor its progress.
Notification Process:
Box Shipment: Once you set up a device return, we ship a box to your employee within 48 hours.
Shipping Notification: We notify you as soon as the box ships, which can be as quickly as within an hour of your order, but always within 48 hours.
Tracking Information: You can then communicate with your employee and forward the tracking information to them.

We ship the laptop return kit to your employee within 1 business day of receiving your order. The typical shipping timeline is as follows:
Delivery to Employee: It usually takes 2-3 days for the kit to arrive at your employee’s address.
Return to Company: Once your employee ships the laptop back, it typically takes an additional 2-3 days for the return shipment to arrive at your company address.
Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on carrier shipping volumes.

Shipping the Empty Kit: We use USPS or UPS to ship the empty return kit to your or your employee.
Shipping the Laptop: We use UPS or FedEx to ship the laptop to its final destination.

Your employee can ship their device at any convenient UPS or FedEx store, depending on the return label provided. We include clear instructions in the box and via email, detailing where your employee should ship their device.

No, insurance is not included in the shipping. However, it can be purchased for an additional fee during the ordering process.

No, the order is not refundable. Once we ship the kit, our service is considered complete, and we cannot retrieve the kit or cancel the postage fees.
However, you have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make any necessary changes. Simply reply to the confirmation email to request adjustments to the information you provided during the order process. This helps correct any mistakes you may have made when filling out the form.

If you need to make an insurance claim, please contact the carrier directly, as the insurance is provided through them. We do not have control over the shipping carrier's claim process.
