Padded Shipping Box: We use high-quality, environmentally-friendly padded boxes that fit a laptop and charger. Our laptop kit is designed for easy packing, ensuring your device is returned safely.
Prepaid Shipping: We’ll ship a box directly to you or your employee within 1 business day of receiving your order. Inside the box, you or your employee will find a prepaid self-stick return label addressed to your company. The best part? No printer is needed!
Packing Materials: Our box also contains easy-to-follow packing and shipping instructions, along with tape to help your employee ship the laptop promptly and safely. Everything needed to ensure the box is sealed properly is included.
Email Communications: We’ll communicate the tracking information to you once the labels are generated.
Tracking Visibility: Once the labels are generated, you will receive an email with the tracking numbers and a link where you can monitor the tracking status for each segment.
